Privacy Policy

1.What we collect

Account data: your email address, your interface language, your credit balance and your credit transaction records.

Creation data: the prompts you write, the reference images you upload, the parameters you choose and the images generated for you.

Technical data: the request logs we need to run the service, diagnose failures and prevent abuse.

We never ask for your real name, phone number or postal address.

2.How we use it

To generate what you ask for and show the results back to you.

To keep your credit balance correct, including refunding credits when a generation fails.

To answer the messages you send through the feedback centre.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your prompts or images to train our own models.

3.Keeping your data safe

Generation only ever touches what that generation needs. Your email address, account details and credit records are kept separate and play no part in it.

We process your data only as far as running the service requires, and we limit who can access it internally.

4.How long your works are kept

Your generated works and their reference images stay available to you for 24 hours. After that they are no longer shown in your account and are cleared from the service.

Download anything you want to keep before the 24 hours are up.

You do not have to wait: delete a single result from the results page, or use “Clear account data” on your account page to hide everything at once.

Account data such as your email and credit records is kept for as long as your account exists, because the service and its accounting depend on it.

5.Content you upload

You are responsible for what you upload. By uploading a reference image you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to it or are otherwise permitted to use it, and that it infringes no one's rights and breaks no law that applies to you.

We do not review uploads in advance and accept no liability for the content you provide or for how you use the results. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6.Content and conduct we prohibit

Sexual or sexualised depictions of anyone under 18 are forbidden without exception. This covers photorealistic, illustrated, animated and otherwise fictional depictions, and applies whether or not a real person is involved.

Sexual depictions of real people made without their consent, and content used to impersonate, harass, defame or defraud anyone.

Torture, mutilation, killing and comparable extreme violence presented for its own sake, and content that instructs or incites such acts.

Any other use that breaks the law where you are.

Requests that breach these rules may be refused and fail to generate. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts without notice. Where the law requires it, we retain the relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement — such retention is an exception to the 24-hour rule above.

7.Your choices

Delete any single result from the results page.

Clear every result at once from your account page.

For any privacy request, including deleting your account, contact us through the feedback centre.

8.Cookies and local storage

We store your sign-in token and your language choice in your browser so you stay signed in. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9.Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the service.
